Alex

Hi to my friends at Suncoast Animal League. This is from the cat you knew as Tux. My new owners have given me a new name. They call me Alex now and I like it! My new home is great. I roam the house all day with lots of toys to play with. I have a kitty house to sleep in and hide my toys. The little human, Kayla, loves to run and drag a toy fish on a string for me to chase. Plus, she will throw toys all over for me to pounce on.

At night, I get to cuddle on the big human's bed and sleep there most of the night. When they wake up, I can jump on their heads to help them get moving. The big white cat, Shelby, is starting to like me more. She has been resistant to my charms, but I can see she's getting to know me better.
I also got to go see another Vet. He gave me a good check-up! I am a healthy kitty. Thank you for taking such good care of me. Keep up the good work and say "hi" to all my friends.

Well, that's what we think Alex would say if he could talk. We are having a great time with Alex. He is such a great cat. He took ownership of us the second we brought him into the house. We love him dearly and are very thankful he's a part of our family now. Thank you all!
