Cali

This is my adoptive story of the sweetest cat ever!

I went to Suncoast Animal League in Palm Harbor Florida to look for a mate for my 2 year old orange tabby named Tiger. When I walked in the cat room I saw cages filled with potential adoptees. Several volunteers were around the room caring for and playing with the many cats. I went from cage to cage carefully taking out a small bundle of fur. I sat on the floor holding and playing with each one. During that time a calico would come over bathe the cat or kitten in kisses and sit and watch as I interacted with them. I was there for more then an hour when I suddenly I realize that the cat I was looking for was non other than the affectionate cat that was making sure each of the others where okay, and giving them all kisses.

Her name is Cali, and when I brought her home it was love at first site for Tiger. They are inseparable.

Suncoast Animal League and all its volunteers do such a great job in loving and handling the animals in their care. They really make sure no animal is forgotten. They really prepare them for forever homes.
