Lucy Lou

We adopted Lucy Lou from you Feb. 28, 2009. We just 3 weeks earlier had our sweet 15 1/2 year old Black Lab mix Stella pass away. Heartbroken, I was determined she was  the last dog we would own. Only 11 months earlier our Chocolate Pit Shadow, just shy of her 15th birthday passed away and it was just too much to bear.

The house was so lonely so we were only browsing mind you....when we came across your website and spotted Lucy Lou. She looked so much like Shadow it was amazing. This was on a Friday evening just before closing so we asked if we could come see her the following morning. It was love at first sight and she came home with us.

Our 2 previous dogs (had they not both been female could have been Lucy's parents). Lucy has the personality of Stella and looks just like Shadow. It was just meant to be. Thank you ..She is a perfect fit for us and we couldn't be happier. Lucy says thank you too. She is so happy to have a good home where she is safe and loved and not out on the streets.
